Notice Given of Non-Public Settlement Conference for All Parties in CPUC San Onofre Generating Station OII

SCE and EIX filed an SEC Form 8-K disclosing that on March 20, 2014, SCE, SDG&E, TURN, and the CPUC ORA (together, the "Parties") jointly gave seven days' notice in accordance with CPUC rules to all parties in the San Onofre OII of a non-public conference among such parties. The purpose of the conference is to discuss terms to resolve the CPUC's proceedings regarding the outages and subsequent permanent shutdown of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. A related notice was provided to the Administrative Law Judges presiding over the OII.
